At your event I manage all of the entertainment as well as manage the onsite stage rehearsals. I offer the important service of working alongside the production team to manage everything that takes place during the live event. Working closely with the production team, I oversee and collaborate with the design of the sound and lighting, run through and rehearse the entire event schedule with the team and check all the AV provided for the event. I also rehearse all the non-entertainment related items that take place in your event such as working closely with your guest speakers, CEOs and panellists so they all feel comfortable and prepared for the live event. During the live event I offer the service of show calling to ensure every meticulous detail of the event runs smoothly and I direct the event. I also offer experienced stage managers and stage hands as members of my production team.
